Suzuki DF6A Propeller Kavitation or Clutch worn ?

Hello,
the motor turns up but there is no more power in the water. Up to medium speed its fine, but with full throttle just the motor goes up. Seems like Kavitation (Propeller looks ok) or a clutch slip ? Dinghi 2,7Meter 3 D Tender. I was planning alone in the dinghi, so it looked good for the 6hp and the propeller which came with the motor. Motor is 11 Month old. Now from one day to the other this situation.

Any idea ?
Regards, John

Unless the motor is WAY too high and the prop ventilating, it’s a spun hub.
Extremely unlikely that a 6 hp is cavitating
