Repair on an Achilles Dinghy

I have a achllies rib This in not an air leak rather a very slight water leak When looking at the boat bottom in the rear corner There is on both rear corners a a patch say 4''x6'' from tube to fiberglass At the transom. One side the fabric is damaged and threads are showing I believe this is the leak Given it is 95* and 70% humidy what is my best bet to repair this I dont think I can get it inside and aircondition place? Thanks in advance
