I am wanting to purchase equality reliable set of navigation lights for my dingy
I discovered and purchased navsafe portable LED dinghy lights for my rib. They looked good and had nice mounts. In the last two years I have purchased at least 6 different lights. I'm currently only have one working all around White light. I was in contact with the company and was given the contact information of the one of their distributors in the US.. those contacts blew me off I would simply not give me a copy of what the warranty actually is. These lights are not cheap at $80 each I have at least three or four hundred dollars invested and broken lights and the two mounts looking for something I can purchase that will be reliable

Im really surprised to hear you have had issues with Navisafe lights. Ive been using them on all sorts of tenders and bigger ribs here in the Caribbean for 5 years now. As an AB and Yamaha dealer this is also the light we recommend to most of our customers. Only issue Ive had is if I let them stay out in the sun too long they get UV damage but so does everything down here. What sort of issues are you having?

I store them in a zip lock bag inside a tubaware container inside a bucket with a sealed lid.
Had one that would trurn on by itself. So of course battery was always dead. the other 2or 3. The on button l would start to get cranky , soon after they failed completely

Looking at railblaze lights . they have similar style mounts but are made in new zealand. So hopefully better then Chinese junk

We ran into a guy on the dock at Marin, Martinique. He was selling a round white puck about 6” dia and 3/4” thick with a solar cell on top and red green white LED lights. Glue it to the outboard top. €15. Sure wish I’d bought it. Can’t find it anywhere. We saw many around the harbor and have seen many since. Everyone liked them.

That interesting as I've sold probably 100 of these lights and never had that issue. I assume the ones you had were genuine Navisafe lights:

Those are ok my only complaint is the ones Ive seen have no way to turn them off.
