Mercury Inflatables

I am thinking about getting the Mercury Airdeck 340 made out of Hypalon. I really have no experience with this brand. Does anyone have one of the Hypalon airdeck models? I would love to hear both pros and cons of these boats.

The price seems right; Defender has the boat for around 1500. Any other suggestions for an 11' in the same price range? Thanks!

I have been eyeballing the Mercury 310 Hypalon/Airfloor.

Buster Marine usually beats Defender by a few shekels but custmomer service is good at Defender.

Have heard of warranty problems with the Mercury dinks lately, holding off a bit on my purchase because of that.

On the other hand, my old Avon Redcrest all of a sudden passed a bunch of air 2 days ago...Have a feeling she is on her death bed and I may have to make a decision on new dink soon.

I have an older ( 2001) model 310. The bow seam just blew out, and the flaps holding the rear tubes have come loose. I am having problems gluing the bow seam. Can't locate a service center to discuss the problem.
