Looking to Purchase Dinghy Chaps for AB 10UL

Will be traveling back to the USA for a month in Nov and wanted to buy one of the standard dinghy chaps that AB supplies. It is for a AB Aluminum ultra light 10'

Can anyone suggest a vendor that might carry these chaps?

Thanks

Chuck

Caribbean's Leading Chandlery - Budget Marine

Most I've seen are custom made.

Yes I agree. But we have seen AB chaps on boats coming thru the canal. A shop I contacted in California said they use to carry them

Re: Looking to Purchase Dinghy Chaps for AB 10UL

I have only seen 1 set of AB made chaps and in my opinion, they did not cover enough of the bow, they stopped at the rub rail.

We have an AB and we have had damage done to it by being alongside docks below the rubber rub rail. Most chaps extend below the rail. Our chaps get quite scuffed around the bow area from daily use

In Rio Dulce, Guatemala it cost about US$270 to have a set of chaps made and takes 3 days
