I need instructions how to proceed to take part which is on the deck from the part which is under deck?

Lots of penetrating oil and a long handled wrench if you intend to rebuild everything. A Sawzall or a cutoff wheel if you don’t.

My is Anchorman Sprint 900.

From the pdf I might see that there is nothing to hold "lower" part after nuts (26 in pdf spare parts list ) are removed.

I was trying with vinegar and big screwdriver but no result.

Penetrating oil is far superior to vinegar.

Thank you. At the end I had to use grinding machine and to cut everything in pieces.
