Inflatable boat paint or appearance restoration

I have a 2004 Avon hard bottom inflatable that is stained all over. I think the stains happened because of condensation and mold from being under cover. I have tried removing the stains with bleach mixed with water and that did not work. The dinghy is in excellent condition other than the stains. My question is...has anyone ever painted their dinghy and what kind of results did you have? I found this stuff, it is for repairing badly worn out dinghies which mine is not. I thought it might be a good protective barrier coating. Has anyone ever used it? inflatable boat paint and tuff coat for repairing renewing restoring hypalon pvc and recoating your old inflatable boat Maybe this stuff will help others with badly worn out dinghies. Are there any other recommendations for trying to improve the appearance of my dinghy as mine does not need to be restored to the level of this stuff ?

If you're going to paint it, I recommend a camo design which won't show stains and imperfections.. pony? cow? zebra? Leopard spots? Why not?
