ID this Hard Rowing Dink

i present to you the craigslist special...

it is 7'4'' by 4', fiberglass lapstrake construction, no mast step or centerboard trunk. verrryy heavy, must be 100+ lbs... has a slight keel that can be seen in
the last picture, it is not a fatty knees, what is it?
