How to remove plastic handhold that was "glued" to a hypalon dinghy with 4200
How would remove a hard plastic/rubber handhold that was "glued" to a hypalon dinghy with 4200? Bad idea!!!!!!!!!

I believe the material under it and just adjacent to it is damaged and leaking. impossible to patch with it in place.

The repair approach would be to remove the handle, smooth the area under it and around it and apply one large "patch" and then re attach the handle on top of the large patch.

Suggestions please!
