help for old Avon R3-10 RIB

I was just gifted with an older R3-10. Besides being somewhat dirty, it has a quarter-sized hole in one of the tubes. The other tube, and the floor stiffener both hold air well.

I'd like some guidance into what type of repair kit to get for making a lasting patch for the hole. I'd also like some advice on gluing the sort of "rubrail" that's coming off, slightly, in some places.

Lastly, I'd like advice on seats. I think it should have at least one seat, for rowing, maybe two, for passenger comfort.

Thanks, in advance! I'll be using this as a tender for my Yankee 28. I'll also need to figure out what to do with the tender when I return to my slip, but that's a whole other issue...
