Fairing a Hull

hello everyone im thinking of hauling my boat out end of feb and fairing the hull doing a bottom cote and painting the hull sides. whats all involved in fairing the hull is it taking the old bottom cotes right down to fiberglass filling any voids etc... thanks

'Fraid not. At least, not if you want to do it properly.

Suggest you Google "Fairing a hull" and read the first few things which come up.
