Dickinson newport wood stove repair

Inside my wood stove is some type of material that I assume is like firebrick. Yet its thin like and well needs to be replaced. Its curved and warped from being too hot I assume.

Anyone know what it is and has anyone repaired a newport stove?

Re: Dickinson newport wood stove repair

I believe they use a high temp concrete of some type.
I repaired my Dickinson diesel stove using a high temp concrete type caulking that I found at the hardware store.

Does that help?
