Beach Rollers

http://aeredockingsolutions.net/mage...ch-roller.html

Ive used these before to beach a 16ft american fiberglass adventurer (daysailer) and as a pair, they worked great!

They were not mine.

I am looking for a cheap DIY alternative of equality

Re: Beach Rollers

Not sure what you want to do with this roller, but we use a fender to roll our 3.5 M RIB up beaches. Works ok... and we already had the fender!

Cheers,

Jim

Re: Beach Rollers

I knew a fellow who made a pair to load/unload a large river raft from a flat bed trailer. His were about 7' long. He cut up fabric from an old raft to make them - required cutting into shape and gluing pieces together. Was able to use air valves from old raft. The old raft was free so cost him next to nothing (just cost of the adhesive).

That said, $60 looks pretty reasonable for a new one.
