Avon RIB Leaking

We have a Avon 310 RIB dingy. It has the sealed hull with a drain plug (not to be confused with the normal transom drain plug.) When it is in the water for more than a few hours the hull will fill with quite a bit of water and it requires draining before we hoist it aboard. We took it to an Avon dealer who said the drain plug needed to be replaced, which he did. But we still have the same problem. I can't see any cracks or holes and I have watched under water for bubbles but don't see any.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Fill it with water when hoisted horizontally and see where the water leaks out. Our West Marine dinghy leaks at the rear hull to pontoon joints on both sides.

I have the same RIB and the same problem- taking on water between the hulls. Did you find a solution?

Try pressurizing the hull slightly with exhaust from a vacuum and sponge soapy water over the hull. Bubbles will appear at the leak. Do not use a lot of pressure!

Most likely the leak is coming from the corners of the transom where the tubes attach to the glass.

Fill 5-10 gal of water into the dingy and watch where the drips are.

I had wo places that leaked on mine. One was there the tie downs were screwed in for the gas tank and the second was at the bow eye. It was not properly attached when new. I rebedded both of these and the hull was tight.
