Almost There

new cruise air install got good water flow keep getting high pressure failure.

What is water temp? Mine will fault out if seawater is 88*F

I can't tell where you are but if the water temp is in the range of 80-90F then that can cause high pressure faults. Sometimes removing some of the coolant gas will allow the system to operate. If your water is pretty warm have a refrigerant tech look at the pressure on the test ports.

You at a marina? If so hooking it up to the water there will confirm or at least make it a lot more likely the cooling water is too hot, just hook a garden hose in, if no fault, you may be onto something.
Be amazed though if someone makes an air conditioner that won't work when it's hot outside though. Water temp in the Gulf of Mexico is regularly 90 F in the Summer.
