4hp Merc. Adding external tank

Hello yachties…
I have a Mercury 4hp 2-stroke, about a year old, and want to convert from the internal gas tank to an external tank. I’ve been on the Mercury site and can’t make ‘heads nor tails’ of their parts lists.
I need the engine mounted connectors, both male and female, and a fuel hose with primer bulb. Probably the same parts as the 5 or maybe the 6 hp model.
Anyone have parts numbers? Okay… too much to ask for. But maybe a link to a dealer with more information? Or is there a conversion kit available?
My engine is model # 1004201EK. I’m down island and not a Mercury dealer in sight!
Thanks all…
Bry

Re: 4 Merc. Adding external tank

I ended up with these connectors (2 stroke) for my tank and fuel line (both ends) after I had trouble with leaks using one of those "universal" fuel lines.

I have a 2011 4 stroke 5 hp Merc and these connectors did the trick! No leaks. My engine came with both the integral tank and external capabilities

Tank:

FUEL LINE TANK CONNECTOR YAMAHA MERCURY OUTBOARD SEACHOICE 20621 NYLON FEMALE
( 151483848831 )

I also bought a matching tank male connector similar to the link below but I don't have the number handy:

Engine:

Sierra Fuel Line Connector Mercury Mariner Nissan 3/8" Barb Female - 18-80410

Sierra - Fuel Connector - 18-80410 - Explosive Powersports

No Problem. Looks like this is what I have on my tank but I didn't check the part number and I cannot find my order. I replaced the original connector.
