Windvane Identification

Hi

Anybody know company that made this old trim tab style Windvane?

The Saye's rig that I know is not a trim tab device. Uses an "oar" stuck through a hairpin like structure on the trailing edge of the main rudder.

Don't recognize the subject vane parts, though.

I have a Saye's rig, and thats not one of them. No idea what that one is though.
