Where to buy these fittings?

Hi,

Looking for a fittings that fits to 10 mm groove in my boom. Like on the photo or smaller. Please advice where is possible to buy a few. Thanks.

This on on the photo is on my Dufour 2800 (1980 year)

Is That an out haul? If so just try googling that on the querry line. Also try used chandleries. You might give MassMarineparts a shot. Not affiliated, been there a couple of times! Prices are a little high, but hey they have what your looking for! They cut up boats for disposal, and sell the hardware.

It's called an "internal slug slide". They are all over the Internet, most sail lofts will have them, and many chandleries. You just need to know what size.
