Of course heeling effects weather helm - and some hull designs are more susceptible than others. Nevertheless, with properly balanced sails, my Folkboat would not round up even in gusts which buried the rail. If the Ce of the sailplan had been moved aft (to keep it simple, let's ay the mast had been moved aft), that would not have been the case.
