Vagabond 47 - unidentified elements on drawing!

Whilst drooling over some imagery of a Vagabond 47 (dreaming is free, etc.), I noted these triangular sail-like contraptions on the attached line drawing, that I highlighted in yellow.

As far as I know, these cannot be storm sails, nor "mooring sails" (I mean the small sail ketches put up while on mooring to stop boat movement).

So - what are they?

Many thanks in advance.

the highlighted areas are the clew ends for each sail. if anyone has other opinions, go for it. but they are not contraptions, merely part of each entire sail. perhaps these clew ends were reinforced, which is a good thing...
perhaps the drawer was intending these sails be filled with air.

Thanks for the suggestion Zeehag - It may as well be (on main and staysail), but have a look on the mizzen! The shape seems to be floating "off" the sail itself...

topping lift seems loosey goosey on drawing. is merely a drawing, not the boat.
