UV Proof Sock For Furling Genoa?

I have a rolling furling genoa with a 20m luff. It is about ten years old. The leach and foot were retrimmed with UV sailcloth last year, but it doesn't look too good to me. I was wondering if there was a source of 20m uv tubigrip which i could haul up with ano masthead halyard? or canvas, but i don't fancy 20m of stitching or eyeing!
any ideas?
thanks
J

ATN genoa sleeve is what we use for most of our customer boats. Works great.
