Traveler Install Question

I have a question about installing the end stops on each end of the traveler track. The traveler I'm installing is the Lewmar Ocean Series, Size 2.

Some pictures that came with the end stops illustrate drilling holes in the track and putting some plastic inserts in the holes. Given the use of the plastic spacers, I assume these holes are not supposed to be tapped.

However, they don’t appear to use nuts on the ends of the bolts either.

Do the plastic inserts basically act like drywall anchors? Seems odd, given the loads in question. Can someone clarify?

Thanks for the diagrams - So it looks like the plastic track insert is basically like a glorified drywall anchor (if I may over-simplify). It sits in a hole in the track grips the bolts from the end stop in the track. This insulator prevents the SS bolts from bonding to the aluminum track. It looks like they also recommend using Lanocote or some other similar product to further reduce the risk of corrosion.
