Tightening Shrouds on a 1977 Catalina 30

Hey everyone,

I'm on a 30ft. Catalina, and I need to make sure my mast is secure. Is there a resource available to help guide me through the process of tightening up shrouds, etc?

Thanks in advance!

Aaron

Also may be an idea to find a Catalina owners asscociation or their web site and find out the % of rake.. if any thats needed...
EG; my Corribee requires a rake of between 5 and 7 degrees...

Hello Aaron,
noted that the boat topic has the boat listed as 1977 vintage. Does this mean that the Standing rigging has been up for 33 years ?? If so, it may be necessary to install NEW.
