Sunsail 385 shroud/spreader ?

Can anyone please give me some information regarding the upgrade that needs to be done on the Leopard/Sunsail 385 ?

I got information that this upgrade needs to be done or risking loosing the mast , the info i received came from a reliable and very experienced delivery skipper who delivered some of these boats.

Anyone have problems or heard about problems with this ?

I vaguely remember something about this. If I remember right, it was more about checking that the pins at the ends of the shrouds were installed correctly. I'm sorry I don't have my other computer here because I think I saved the order. I can double check when I get to that computer.

namdes, I'm sorry.. I've looked and looked through all my archived information and bookmarks and I cannot find the reference to the rigging on the 38/384. If I do happen across it in the future I will share it with you.

Have you contacted the builder, Leopard? Seems that they should be on top of such retrofits, for failing to make necessary upgrades to a rig will reflect upon the builder when the mast goes overboard!

I did and the upgrade was done , as confirmed by owner Leopard wanted the hull Nr etc and I have not send all the info to them , however I will do it once I have all the info.
