Does it have separate
sheets to a track or
deck fitting like a
Jib or use a Club?? If it's a club, it's set up like a
mainsail with the club either going to a
deck fitting or the turnbuckle for the gooseneck. Sheeting can either be just a block on a
single deck fitting, two or more deck fitting and blocks, or a track or horse athwartship in front of the
mast. May be other ingenious ways to set the sail.
Suggest you inventory the
gear, lay it out on the lawn and see if you can figure it out.
Highly suggest you ditch the boom, if it has one, in favor of sheeting it like a
jib. The booms are a physical hazard and in the way when working the foredeck. Their self tending ability is greatly overrated.
