This attachment has a bad photo
of the portion of VHF
coax (patched up with white electrical
tape that is exposed between the place where it comes out of the side of the mast
just above deck
level and the clam/gland fitting located just in front of the mast
This is the standard Beneteau
setup and leaves the coax (and also the two other cables
for steaming light and anchor
light) vulnerable to damage caused by genoa sheets
I would like to do do something to protect those wires from damage caused by the genoa sheets
. My boat is far away from civilization so I am looking for a solution that I can make or buy while I am away from the boat an then take it with me to the boat.
Do you have any ideas?
