Seaboard Winch Handle

My Hunter 25 came with two Seaboard winches. They use a 6 sided winch handle fitting, so the standard handle does not work. I thought I had located some handles at a marine consignment store, only to find they had sold them. Any ideas on where to get a winch handle that will work, or should I suck it up and replace these winches? Thanks

Re: Seaboard Winch Handle

The bronze primaries on Bluestocking have a male hex shaft set down into an aperture. I had a square topped spark plug socket welded into a st. steel handle which I made.

Re: Seaboard Winch Handle

If you're still looking for a Seaboard No. 8H winch handle, I have one for sale.
