Sail ID Needed

I bought some gear, and have a sail, I am trying to id.
It has a luff 8' long, with sail hanks, and has about 8" of round cut in it.
The leach and foot are equal at 5' 10"
Grommets at the corners have an id of about 3/4"
It is dacron, about 6 oz.
It is triple stitched, and has full battens.

I called the sailmaker (Roger sails) and he said his dad may have made it, and it sounded like a small storm jib.

Before offering it for sale, I wanted to be sure what it was. It came in a storage sleeve/bag, and looks like it was never used, like a lot of storm jibs.

Thanks for any thoughts on this.
