rebuild/overhaul cam cleats?

On the port side of my little 25'er the spring is broken in the aft cleat so I have to push it in to secure the sheet. Its not a huge thing, just a PITA. Do they sell new springs for them? or some kind of overhaul kit?

Depends on the brand of course, but most makes have spares.
