thanks, but there isn't a slide with a 3mm waist + 18mm width combination. I've looked at ronstan, selden, bainbridge...

Will your sail track take a different (available) size?
Can you file down a different size to fit?

Hi Mike, I probably will buy a few to try out, and as much as possible avoid filing down the slide, cos I wouldn't like it to snap on me...

If you measure the track you will have an idea of what will fit.

Why don't you try onesails at Changi rather than buying online?

I'm having trouble finding a part also. Thought about having it made with 3d printing and found this site.
3D Print replacement car parts it talks about how and gives a name of a company that does it. If you should try it let us know how it works.

Hi Deb, you know coincidentally, I was researching on how to make a mold and cast my own with resin. Another option is Strong Track!

3D printed parts would concern me from a strength point of view. If I was going to have them made, I would find a machine shop & have them milled out of something that resembled 6061 T6. If you want to go that route, I'll look up the best possible alloys to use. 6061 is good, but there are probably even better materials available. Material cost is likely to be about 10% of the machining charge, so it will pay to use good material.
