Mounting Base and Winch on H-R 33 Mistral

I seek advice on mounting winches on H-R 33 Mistral. I got two Lewmar25 with the boat, but there is no apparent base to mount them on. Any guidance will be appreciated.

The winches appear to mount directly on the top of the cockpit coaming.

Thank you GordMay. Problem is that my boat does not have the cockpit coaming, only the backrest board running round the cockpit bordering the deck.
