Maxwell 2100 windlass

Does anyone have information on where to purchase a 1999 built Maxwell 2100 windlass clutch handle? Those familiar with the unit know the clutch handle for this model does not resemble a standard winch handle but looks more like a flap jack ladle with small appendages that grip onto the top of this
vertical windlass. These 2100's were used by some manufactures in the late 1990's - Hylas is among them. Any help will be appreciated.
