Looking for info on mast part

The piece in the picture is bolted onto the lower section of my mast. It is used to attach the mast stepping rig that attaches to the jib sheet and the winch that raises the mast. The piece seems to be made from light gage steel and is rusting significantly. Does anyone know where I can get a stainless replacement or something that will serve the same purpose. When stepping the mast there is a piece of 2x2 inch aluminum post the slides in with a pin to hold it. I hope this makes sense. Thanks
