Depending on depth, Mcmaster has them along with Albany County Fasteners
Don't search for Monel...it's nickel-copper

Re: Looking for 1/4 Monel rivets ( no steel mandrel)
continuing my mast repair efforts....
just wondering if anyone had any other leads on Monel rivets, there are some odd sizes on ebay, amazon and i am working with Fastenal to try and get some. it seams there is a shortage on reasonably priced 1/4" monel rivets at the moment.
Mac Master Carr has 3/16" only and i do need the 1/4" rivets for some of my repairs, i may be able to substitute 3/16" for the sleeveing operation.
Regards Steven

Try rivetsonline.com to see if they have what you need.

Rivets online didn’t have what I wanted,
Hanson Rivet wanted a minimum order of 10,000...
Fastenal are trying to help (because I work for a large machinery manufacturer)
There are some bits and bobs on eBay and Amazon but very expensive....

Have you tried the local riggers?

Is a steel mandrel suitable for your application?
There seems to be several Monel - steel rivets available in 6mm diameter which either countersunk or truss heads.

Super expensive, I need about 150. And the rigging suppliers sell baggies of 3 or 5. If I get desperate enough...

These are Aussie based but if they are available in Oz, surely they are available in the USA (???)
