legend 29 rigging wear on guard rail

hi all, I recently discovered that the standing rigging has been over the years rubbing the guard wire and caused a flat. check all legend 29s built in weymouth from 2001 until they stopped building in the uk.
this may also apply to legend 306 ,
looks like we will need to change these rigging wires in the short term before a full rigging change.
also what bulb size is the anchore light ie bc screw and wattage.
thanks barry wiles
