How to lubricate the outhaul track on an in-mast furler?

Hi All,

The outhaul track on the boom (in-mast furler) where the car slides seems to be very stiff.
Any suggestions on how to lubricate the track? The track is in there a few centimeters below the top surface of the boom, so the access isn't easy..

Thank you!

An acid brush and Teflon paste?
