Furlex Rolling Furler Problems

My new project boat has some issues. One being the foil or connectors on the furlex rolling furler are bent really badly and even snapped in two places.

I'm taking apart this component for the first time and having a hard time figuring out the next step. There's some odd little rubber looking screws and I can't figure out how to remove them.

Any tips?

Also can you help me figure out the model of furlex this system is?

Re: Furlex Rolling Furler Problems

If plastic/rubber, remove GENTLY. Possibly greasing slots.
