Do you recognize these portlights?

Unfortunately I didn't take measurements on them when I took these pictures. I think they are approx 18" from side to side of the outer rim.

They are on my 1961 Pearson Triton but I'm close to 100% sure they were not original to the boat. They are definitely not the standard Triton portlights (they were fixed) and the doghouse appears to be built out to accomidate them.

The seals on them are pretty deteriorated. They don't leak a drop but I would like to rebuild them if possible.

Anyone have any idea who made them and if parts are still available?

They look familiar but I don't know who. Look closely at the gasket and then search online for new gasket material. It's very doable. If you can tell us the shape (D shaped?) of the gasket, is it hollow?, and dimensions (1/2 x 3/8?) We can help you better. Keep those nice portlites!

I took some more pictures. The inner windows are 8x15 1/4 and the outer frames are 10x17" I think.

The gasket material seems to be like an O ring with a rectangular rim attached to it. Sort of like an Omega symbol.

Anymore ideas? Can I get this gasket somewhere?

They are I believe Perko measuer about the same as mine and look identical what kind and year of boat ?I have 1/4 gasket comes in 25 ft roll's. How many ports do you have ? I have 4- 25 ft rolls nib send you what you need for shipping cost. Over Ordered.

How did you glue the gasket in?

No need for glue. Cleaned the channels on the ports the 1/4 gasket fits snug into channel .I did apply a smear of vasiline ? to the gasket cut the strips at 90 degree angles or so joined them at the top. No leaks in two years. Replied to your pvt. e.

These are aluminium ports and I am not sure if either Spartan or Perko made them in this material. They are similar to mine, Pearson and Allied used them on their boats in the 1960s. I had to remove and refurbish mine by sanding off the anodizing, priming with zinc chromate and repaint with LPU.
They last forever, but subject to pitting if not looked after.
Gaskets are available from McMaster Carr, if the ones offered by Casual don't fit.

Looks like I have some gasket material on the way...very generous. I'd like to overhaul them at some point but if I can put new gasketing in them that will be a good step in the right direction.
