Clear finish for a NON anodised mast.

This is my first "thread", and thankyou to Lori for your technical help!
I want to re finish my mast, having had extremely good results using a clear Tectyl product. Unfortunately this particular line of their range is no longer being made. Investigations here in Oz indicate 2 similar choices of a clear finish being available for aluminium in a marine environment: Nyalic, and another product called Envelon.
Have any CF members had experience with either, and if so, how is it standing up?
In anticipation, many thanks.

Thanks Roland from Tempo Spars. I was hoping for a recommendation that would sway me towards either Envelon or Nyalic. So far Nyalic wins out!

Can recommend Nyalic too. Very easy to apply, goes an incredibly long way, and lasts well.

I have no experience with Envelon.

Hi Tim! Fancy meeting you here...

Used Tectyl years ago quite successfully, glad to hear that there is a good substitute for it.

Tectyl goes a yellow colour after a few years where are the nyalic seems to last much longer and stays clear.
