I am an experienced sailor of over 50 years. I found that when trying to buy to chainplates-especially the ones that are not common stock- that the very best place to get them is at They can manufacture them from 316 SS, electropolish them, place all the holes and bends that are necessary and at a reasonable price in 2 or 3 days.
Great job.
