Caulking Black Stain

Is there anyone out there who can help me solve the black caulking running. When I wash the deck, I get black running from the caulking. This then stains the GRP and the seat of my pants.

This means that the caulking is starting to break down. Next sign will be the caulking goes gooey and liquid in the hard sun. We fixed ours by using an u shaped blade in an oscillating saw (Feing Multimaster). Strip out the old caulking and redo.

There are better options than Sikaflex which will endure Med heat better.

TDS is one of the best caulks out there. I read nothing but great things, and thats what i am using. and yes, you need to recaulk it if it is bleeding.
