Bent stanchion bases

My stanchion bases on my '87 J/27 have developed some rocker. This rocker led to movement and they pushed through the deck (now repaired). Should I try hammering the bases flat before remounting? Are there other options short of finding new bases with the same hole pattern? I am also wondering removing the other bases and flattening them, too.
