Nice job. Didn't want to sound negative just wondering. Somewhere I saw a big write up but it does seem like its not unusual. Forespar seems to allow for male threaded npt to work with nps.
Not sure I would do it.
Good thinking about getting that right. Being how its the one you will leave open most.
