No idea about the heater, but welcome to the forum.

mine has never suffered a hiccup. It often runs for weeks at a time, and were it not for the cat hanging around the outlets, we wouldn't even know the unit was on.

I've heard that units installed professionally are far more trouble-free than owner-installed units. Of course, it was the fellow who installed my unit who told me that.

Welcome to the forum!

It might help if you use a few more sentences to explain the problems you are having, instead of asking others to read into what little information you have provided?

Easy on me Chris I'm new to this thread stuff

My Webasto has had operating problems from the first day the professional installer left the boat basin. Excessive smoke, noisy operation.
The unit is hot air thermo 90.
Since I asked my question the unit was rebuilt by the main company in USA.

Webasto's recommendation is a change in the wiring to lower the heat output.

As soon as the unit is up and running I will let the thread on Webasto know the outcome.

This won't help you but my Webasto also runs without any problems. No smoke and, if everything else in the boat is off I can hear the slight, steady click of the diesel pump. If I stick my head outside I can hear the steady "whoosh" of the exhaust. Other than that and a little purr from the circulation fan, it's pretty quiet. Hope you get yours straightened out and it doesn't turn out to be a lemon (like my Sailrite sewing machine turned out to be). Good luck.
