Valve identification

Does anyone know what this valve does? One side goes to the bilge pump, and goes to a sump in the bilge and the last goes to a free tube that I suppose is for sucking up water that didnt make it to the bilge pump sump?

I cant get the handle to turn.Click image for larger version

Re: Valve identification

Thatís a valve that allows you to use, what Iím assuming is a diaphragm pump, the small hose to clean up the little pockets of standing water left in the bilge.

Itís possible that a cheap valve was used and the internals are seized

Re: Valve identification

Thank you,

Right now it seems to allow water to be sucked up both through the sump in the bilge AND the free hose. So I am a little confused on how this is possible?

Itís most likely failed with the ports lined up partly with all three openings.
