Interesting thread...

After 22 years, my Wolter on-demand, propane fired hot water system just died and I need to replace it. Anyone know of a Paloma or Bosh dealer in Ontario/Canada?

I looked wt the Precision Temp unit online as as much as it looks like a nice system, I have a feeling it will be difficult to find a dealer in Ontario. Price may be an issue too...

Any suggestions? Anyone know if the Wolter units can be refurbished???

Cheers,

Hey, relax. I'm making my freshwater from sea water with electricity from solar. So technically I'm not contributing to the worldwide freshwater shortage. In fact, I'm pretty sure I am instead, actually ADDING to the world's freshwater supply. So wrap your brain around this idea: If we all start running our watermakers 24 hours a day instead of the 1 or 2 hours we run them now, we as cruisers will make enough potable freshwater to save the world! Freshwater shortage problem solved, onto world hunger.
