Re: T'ing into the engine intake, how to avoid airlock

Sure a lot of good advice here. I have heard before that using the engine intake for anything else is bad news. Don't you have other seawater uses/intakes? Maybe its time for a service strainer for the other users.

Engine - big groco lower left
generator, watermaker, AC, everything else - dual smaller grocos to the right feeding manifold with 5 valves.

Even if you get away with it, its nice to be able to isolate the engine from other stuff.
