Spectra vane pump trying to explode.

Catalina spectra water maker runs well making water for about 5 minutes. Then the vane pump goes quiter but all outputs ok but 10% less of product water flow. Then the vane pump starts vibrating and shaking like it is going to explode or rip itself off the bulkhead. I then shut it down as I don’t want to know the conclusion if I let it keep going. Why is it so? I have changed filters to no effect and there are no alarms on my MPC controller.

Turns out it was a problem with the brushes. I made up some plastic blocks to put between brushes and tension spring and it is running smoothly now.
