Re: Showering in a Small Boat

Ya have to be able to compromise on just about everything to live on a sailboat. That multiplies exponentially if you're going to live on the hook (I'm at a dock and get my hot showers in a shower stall when not sailing). Solar showers can work very well, and you can easily rig a privacy curtain. Hang it from a spare halyard. I think the big thing you have to look for is a VERY big water tank (or put in a second one). While sailing I'm plenty happy enough showering with salt water and then rinsing with the minimum amount needed of fresh water. I just want to be clean at the end. I'm willing to use multiple paths to get there.
