We are starting to think the Purasan may have filled up with stuff and is blocking flow.
The PuraSan has a macerator in it, so unless you've been using premium
toilet paper (the super strong, super soft stuff)--or worse yet, wet wipes-- that's not likely to be the problem. If it isn't you'd see that the P/S isn't discharging.
I'm inclined to think that low voltage to the
toilet and PuraSan may be the problem...it's a major reason for sluggish discharge. You really need to talk to
Raritan tech support: 800-352-5630. There is a Raritan servicing dealer in
Annapolis: The closest Raritan servicing dealer to you is in Annapolis--Annapolis Harbor Boatyard--410-268-0092
We thought of using a 'clog buster' to run pressurized fresh water through the system and flush it out.
Nope, bad idea. There are TWO chambers in the P/S...you'd only make things worse.
